She will bring with her on interview. She did not make it yet. And She is going to move to other state and make it in different location them Bronx. I paid $300 with flu shoot. I have vaccinations records with me.Comment

since you are in NYC, just wait until interview is schedule, because if it takes long to be schedule then you might have to do it again, thats double pay.NBC / NYC-Queens
