I have my I-140 approved two years back and next year my Kid will complete High school too. Its time for planning/enrolling into college.
I'm checking for options:
Option 1. Is it better to continue college education on H4 until 24 years?
or
Option 2. Switch to F1?
Wondering if my Kid switch to F1 - will be covered under my approved I-140 or kid will on his own F1 status ?
