I-864W in pdf format anybody?

Hi,
I need to fill out and submit an I-864W for my kids as part of an I-485 application package I started some months ago.
The problem: USCIS stopped using the form and it is not available online any more
Since I began before it was discontinued I must submit it.
If anyone has a pdf they can share I would be both very happy and grateful!
