Hi,
My 485 receipt confirmation said that i could change employers after 180 days of receipt date. I already received my EAD+AP combo card but I plan to change employers and transfer my H1B. ow my questions are:
1. Is it 180 business days or calendar days?
2. What if the interview happens before 180 days and I get approved but not receive my GC yet?
3. If I receive my GC before the (highly unlikely) 180 day mark, then everything is fair game.
4. Anybody in here did this?
