Same sex couple here; my partner and I are thinking about filing for AOS at the end of the month. He's a USC, do we still have to file the I-944 form with the I-485?

Yes, you have to. My husband is also USC, and we still need to file I-944 along with I-485.

Actually I'm worried too, I filed last week without form I-944, and I'm expecting my case will be rejected. I have to wait for either RFE or rejection notice to resubmit my case again.
