My priority date was march 3 but today i called uscis they said we rejected your file.... i need to fill I 944 so there are sections which need credit history, it needs mine(beneficiary) or my husband(petetioner) and moreover i have studied in canada so i need to give copy of evaluation?? Please suggest me thanx

Hi, We just sent the our application last week along with I-944. It asks for beneficiaries credit report and score but since she doesn’t have a SSN yet, there is no credit report or score available (explain that on the application). But I did include my (petitioner) credit report and score. For degree evaluation, luckily my wife already had her degree equivalency done via WES. -

I called them yesterday
they said its rejected on march 13 because of old version but i did not get file back from them till now and my visa is expiring on march 27March 23- sent package to chicago lockbox
