Is the USCIS still mailing out Advance Parole cards while they're shut down due to COVID-19?

I mean, just because you'd have the card doesn't mean that you'd be able to travel anyway (because of various bans), so I can't imagine why they wouldn't be sending them out.Concurrent Filing AOS - married to U.S. Citizen (i130, i130a, i131, i485, i765, i864, i944)

As of right now, the USCIS is still operating and processing applications. However, they've canceled in-person interviews at their field offices. So, you should be getting your EAD cards if you were approved. The delay might just be the courier having issues or logistical problems.--Good luck--
