Is the USCIS still mailing out Advance Parole cards while they're shut down due to COVID-19?

I'm wondering the same thing! My EAD has been approved but I'm wondering if they'll send it to me.

I mean, just because you'd have the card doesn't mean that you'd be able to travel anyway (because of various bans), so I can't imagine why they wouldn't be sending them out.

As of right now, the USCIS is still operating and processing applications. However, they've canceled in-person interviews at their field offices. So, you should be getting your EAD cards if you were approved. The delay might just be the courier having issues or logistical problems.

Good luck. I learned the hard way, I hope you don't have to. Immigration is interesting. Not considered as legal advice.
