So I called USCIS this morning to ask about my biometrics and when I said I'm expecting a job offer soon and plan to expedite the EAD/put in a request sometime in the next 2 weeks. I said this is why I need a biometric appointment and anyway since my PD is 9 July 2020 I'm beyond 90 days I need my biometrics.
To all that her reply was - "you cant do any of that, all you can do is just wait" and then she was like "since your wife has filed affidavit of support for you, you should just depend on her financially and there is nothing we can do" and then hung up the phone.
Im so mad at these people...so freaking arrogant ...like an agent is telling me this crap.

I remember getting a second biometric appointment letter for my I-131 even though I already had my bio data taken for my I-765 but when I called USCIS, there was no need to turn up for the second appointment. In my case, I got another letter saying they were going to use my first bio data taken for my I-765.
So please call them.
I called today and the agent was not very helpful. Pretty much told me you can either go or disregard the notice!
