Just wanna share some SSN info with you. So mostly everyone receives their SSN within couple of days of receiving EAD but I still haven’t received mine. I called SSA office and found out that they shipped mine a day ago. The lady asked when did I receive my EAD because she was like it takes 2 weeks from the day you receive your EAD for us to send you your SSN, sometimes three weeks. Apparently they’ve been getting a lot of calls from people inquiring about their SSN. So just in case you don’t receive yours next week, just sit tight.

Thanks for the tips! I am waiting to see if I get something today in the mail, cause I found a job (YEAH) and am starting tomorrow... I really need to get everything by the end of next week at least for the 1st paycheck. I'll deal with not having a DL for a few days, but hopefully it won't last AOS (marriage) NBC - Miami, Fl AOS (marriage) NBC - Miami, Fl

I hope you're all doing good and that those of us still waiting for their bio appointments (or for it to be applied to their cases) have had or will have some good news this week!

A little update on my case; on 09/22 my I131 and I765 EAD were approved, my EAD card then went back to production and was mailed to me on the 25th. I received the combo card yesterday!
Now waiting for my SSN to go get a driver license

I’m so sorry to hear that! I know what you’re going trough, and hope you two can work things out soon. Have you ever look the possibility about going to marriage therapy? Maybe it’s COVID and the fact that we all are 24/7 together.Originally posted by RYAN923It’s so sad for me. My partner is no longer interested in our marriage. It’s been a whole lot. Now I don’t know what to do. She promised to continue the paperwork, but how can it work if we don’t have anything in common to prove during the interview?.. I don’t know what to do..

However, I’m still waiting for updates after biometrics.Adjusting from B1/B2 visa to F2A, married to LPR

So I’ve been MIA for sometime cos we just had a baby. I moved from my old address and asked USPS to forward all my mails to my new address; USCIS mailed my combo card on September 14, and as at now, I’m yet to receive it. I’ve called USPS several times and I’m getting fed up already! I called USCIS but they are yet to receive my card, in case USPS returned it. Funny thing is all other I-797c regarding the approval of my I-765 and I-131 have been forwarded to my new address. Well, hopefully I receive it soon as I’ve escalated this to the highest level at USPS as I can.

Now, I had my interview today; to me, it’s actually the easiest of the process.

Interview was scheduled for 10:00am and we got there at 9:45am with a big box full of documents. Remember how I had mentioned we just had a baby.

The IO asked for the baby’s birth certificate, new address, marriage certificate, asked about how we met and then the YES/NO questions and that was it! I was like, are we done? What about all the documents I printed? The IO was like that wouldn’t be necessary at this moment.

I’m waiting to get the prompt that it’s been approved.

To you all, I say we shall overcome and together, we will win!

 Hello people!!

Any March applicant got approved for their EAD at NBC already?
My PD is 30th March (c9 category) and I am starting to become impatient since I am already receiving many messages from recruiters and I really would love to work again sometime soon. I was wondering if it make sense start applying for jobs. Some opportunities are super interesting and I would hate losing them.
I wanted to check more or less were do we stand in the processing timeline. I know many of you already got approved but I am not sure applicant from NBC are as well. Anyone with similar PD got approved?

 thank you all

And finally today, October 10, 2020, the journey I started on March 25, 2020 (200 days) came to “an end” when I received my GC. Well, I should say it’s just the starting.

To say this group and page has helped and continues to help me immensely in this feat is an understatement! Everyone on here is part of my success on this journey. You’re all family!

Like I said earlier, I sincerely believe that everyone would receive his or her GC. It may delay, yes, but surely, that too shall end.

I wish each and everyone all the best in this endeavour. We would all win!
