Hi,
I had my interview mid November and my lawyers forgot to translate one document. I received a week after an RFE and send early December the response to the RFE with the certified translated documents.
We are no more than 90d after I sent the response to RFE and I don't have any update. The online status is still "Interview Scheduled". I can not send an enquiry as we are still below the I-485 processing times...
The immigration center is San Jose. Does anyone had the same experience of an RFE after interview and an estimation of the time to get a decision?
