  • I-485 denied, I-864 missing

    Hey guys!
I recieved a denial of my I-485 a few days ago, because I did not provide form I-864. My I-765 and I-131 have also been denied in the same letter, but there was no word about I-130 even though it was sent at the same time as I-485 (October 2019).
As I am planning to resubmit all the documents with the form I-864 now, I am not sure if I need to resubmit I-130 again, and do I need to give biometrics again?
Anddd...while going through my documents again, I realized that I haven't send the form I-130A along with my I-130, so I am wondering why they haven't rejected my I-130 at the same time as I-485?
As I-130 is still pending I will have to send new I-485 based on that one that I know is going to be rejected? Or can I send a new one while the old one is still pending?
Is there any way I can send them I-130A now?

Sorry to hear about your case. I am a September filer and I later discovered that I should have submitted the i864 along with the i485, I then mailed it off in mid February even though I did not get a RFE about it. I am just hoping and praying that they add to my file. Did they gave you time to leave the country? Just file over fresh with everything, try to use an attorney this time. Good luck.

Did you receive anything related to your I130 such as Notice letter, case number, etc. If yes, so your I130 is in process. You can call Uscis with that case number to ask for your case.

        Thank you for your answers.
I did recieve I-787 Notice of Action 10 days after filing saying that the form I-130 has been recieved ans is in process. I tried calling them but I guess they are closed due to coronavirus.
They gave me 30 days to legally stay in the country, but I will try to reapply as soon as possible.

Try to use Emma on Uscis website. Tell her you want to talk with real person. Then explain your case. Hope this help!
