I filed 601 waiver on July 2019 after requested at the interview. It has been 8 months no updates. Raised a sr because it’s out processing time but their response is that is pending. Please anybody with similar experience. Thanks good luck and stay safe.

We filed ours in November 2019 and just got approved yesterday. My hubby had several overstays and misrepresentation too. So our lawyer advised us to file the waiver in advanced in case we get denied. So we did. We had our interview Feb of this year and were told our case had to be reviewed. No other updates until yesterday. We got the waiver approved then within an hour we got our update about the green card being produced.
