My husbands adjustment to stay was denied. He attended a school 6 years ago that was committed of fraud(students paid to stay). The school was shut down and he has no proof of attending the school so it was denied and he has until May 3rd to leave. I was wondering if anyone knew if there is an extension for him to stay because of Covid. I’m waiting for my passport to arrive so we can leave together but because of Covid it’s delayed. We really want to leave together. I have so much anxiety. I don’t know what to do.
