I130 i485 & work permit (did not apply for travel documents )
Nov 15 received 2 hard copies for NOA
Nov 22 Received biometrics appointment Notice
Biometrics done, Dec 2nd.
Jan 6 2020 courtesy letter for missing medical (dated Dec 31 2019, mailed Jan 2nd 2020)
Ready to be scheduled for interview (Jan 31st 2020)

My husband dad was in October 31, 2019 and already have a GC. But c(9) of us parent do not need an interview.
I seen on this forum some EB1/EB2 have waived interview and some c(9) marriage was Waived an interview but they have I-130, I-140 interview and have medical included.
I have medical included and I-130 approved and I am 7 years after marriage and no any update.
I do not think USCIS will waived marriage interview. My husband waited 3 years when he apply for his I-485 because the USCIS stopped working on work sponsoring because of economics crisis in 2008.
After 9/11 people waited so Long too because USCIS Lost all information too. We will see what going on.Last edited by NYC/She; 04-30-2020, 03:01 AM.
