  • Medical exam AOS *********

Hey guys my friend is asking if you're tested for weed when you are completing the medical exams. Are you tested for THC in the urine or blood tests? Asking for my friend, he smokes weed like maybe once a week! Thanks

    ***UPDATE***

Well, my friend just got his results back from the doctor and his I-693 is now completed and sealed. And he wasn't tested for weed. He's very happy now hehe

Well I suggest he stops now before the medical . But I think they do, I’m almost sure of it. But why smoke if you know you have something so important to do? Can weed not be avoided for a few weeks? I can never understand why people do silly things that can ruin greater things. Good luck to your friend.

I had my interview last year December and I did my medical before the interview and the Dr asked I log I use drugs or smoke any substance I answered no so he said good because you’ll be tested for drugs if you are positive for weed you’ll have problem getting your greencard .
i believe your friend will be tested for weed , better stop weed for a while .

You're not tested. However, some people have a medical ********* card and should provide a certificate where it's written they can consume these types of substances. It's not very complicated, and usually patient doesn't spend time on it, but it's better to have it just in case. For example, I got my card from https://*********doctor.com/location...or-tallahassee, and they always help me with all the analyses. If your doctor is a god and responsible one, he should always have some of these papers prepared for his patience, so it's not a big deal to get it.
