Hi, has anyone recently traveled on AP out of the US (EU particulary) and returned to the US? Any issues due to the coronavirus? I’m spouse of LPR and I’m wondering if they would let me in if we’d traveled to the EU. Thanks

The entry ban on people who have been to the Schengen Area, the UK, or Ireland in the preceding 14 days is still in effect; however, as the spouse of a permanent resident, you are exempt from that ban. As you have Advance Parole, you are also exempt from the entry ban on immigrants. So as far as the US government is concerned, you can return to the US, though you will have to self-quarantine at home for 14 days after entering the US. However, airline staff in foreign airports may not be well-versed in all the exceptions in the rapidly-changing rules, and, if you have bad luck, you might get one who decides it is safer to err on the side of denying you boarding.
This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

That’s what I thought. Thanks! We probably won’t travel earlier than mid/end of June, if we will travel at all. Let see if anything changes.F2A, concurrent filling with lawyer
