I’ve gotta think this is wrong??? At least I hope. I saw someone else say that they called and they pushed it out so people couldn’t inquire beyond normal processing time. We’d all (hopefully) have our GC’s before then...Originally posted by gonzalezceq View PostMy concern also is the EAD, however I was checking the USCIS website in the processing times https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ and according to this, the I-765 (Employment Authorization), based on a pending I-485 at National Benefits Center the Estimated Time Range is 28.5 months to 37 months (3 years). Is that correct? What do you think?

Are you in Fresno/SF? Looks like things moving quickly there.
Anyone from SD whose case has moved to ‘ready to be scheduled for interview’?

We had the biometrics appointment on 8/24, and now as of 8/28 we are in "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" status! I hope this also means the EAD will be approved shortly too.
