Hello,
I am currently on L1A visa. My I-140 was filed and approved last year.
As my L1A is about to max-out on 09/17/2021 (7 yrs completion), my employer is filing H1b for me on the basis of approved I-140. My H1b application was picked up in lottery.
In case my H1b gets approved and my status changes from L1A to H1B, will my ongoing GC application be impacted adversely in anyway? Because, my status has changed from L1A (international manager) to H1b (specialty occupation).
