It was for a copy of the birth certificate. We had sent in the original submission but we ensured all the seals and signatures were clearer and the translations reflected that too for the second submission.

Awesome. Just curious what was your RFE about and how did you resolve it?Originally posted by raq345 View PostGood news in the mail after almost 2 months of silence - just received our I-693 Deficiency Notice in the mail dated 10/07 -- took 10 days to get to us. So glad things are moving again.

Got it - hope that you will get the approval soon!Originally posted by gafear View Post
I sent the medicals together with the application, so I haven't (and I'm not expecting).
Chicago EB processing time is ~8 months, so the next step now I'm expecting either an interview waiver and approval or an interview invite for December / January

Well I contacted USCIS yesterday for the first time (90 days after the local ASC opening) and was told to put in a e-request for missing notice...by the way, a friend of mine was told the same thing yesterday but he sent the application in April so I'm guessing that is what they'll be telling everyone waiting for longer than 90 days for bio
I did get a confirmation email, saying I should expect a reply by 11/04 - no high hopes though

Yeah - u need to login to myuscis website and then on top right corners there is an option to report missing document. I never got a response though

rohjas Hey! I see that you put in a request for missing biometrics notice. I have a very similar timeline and was thinking on doing this also. How did you sent in a request and can you do this online?Originally posted by rohjas View PostGuys how or from where does one figure out the exact date a particular FO/ASC was opened?

Saaame here. My PD is 7/29. Have been waiting for biometrics appointment for 72 days now. I'm in Orange County, California. What's your location?
Maybe things are just moving pretty slow...still a little worried. Have seen some people got their appointments already.

I'm 2 months over receiving NOAs and will be 3 months over my PD in the next 2 weeks.
