H-1 transfer along with I485 processing

my case:

employer applied for green card EB1 (OR)
I-140 approved
I-485 pending
Got fingerprinting notice. did not receive EAD or AP yet
I am planning to change jobs now. New employer will do the H1 transfer. I want to give notice to my old company only after H1 transfer is complete. Will there be any problem with the transfer while I-485 is still pending? (485 applied on may 20, 2010)
