So my green card is being delivered today - I have signed up for Informed Delivery by USPS and it's saying that it's a "package" rather than standard mail. I'm actually out of town and I live in an apartment building with an unguarded/unsecured lobby area where packages are usually just left on the floor or on top of the mailbox. Can anyone confirm whether it's actually a package that won't fit in a mailbox? Want to know before I have a friend go and pick it up only to find out that it's actually in the mailbox...

It should be in an envelope that sizes as have of A4 paper, usps says it’s a package but actually it’s only a letter, if you received your EAD before , it should be the same.to make sure , usually usps write how did they delivered the package, when you track , it should say delivered in a mail box or in a parcel locker or front porch...etcOriginally posted by mkot14 View PostSo my green card is being delivered today - I have signed up for Informed Delivery by USPS and it's saying that it's a "package" rather than standard mail. Thank you for the insight..I think you may be right. Status changed to "Delivered in/at mailbox" so I'll assume it's in the mailbox if it's a packet or envelope.Originally posted by Gcapplicant2019 View Post

How long did it take to get your green card after the interview? Thank you!
