Go to YouTube and you will find some people who do just start. I would start there. It would be extremely difficult for someone to tell you exactly how to do that here since your case maybe different from someone else.
    05/08/20: I-485, I-765, I-131, I-944 sent to USCIS
05/13 Rejected due to lack of I-864
    05/27 resubmitted with explanation
    06/03 Rejected again-same reason
    06/13 Resubmitted with I-864
07/07 Lockbox emailed back and ask to resubmit
07/09 Filings accepted with PD 05/08/20 (nice)
08/06 Prior biometrics applied to I485
08/28 Took biometrics for I-765 only
    09/28 I-765's Cards Ordered
    10/02 EAD/AP received
    04/12 Interview Sched
05/11 Interview done approval on the spot but no USCIS update online

When we consulted a lawyer he said that he do 2 hole punch and use fasteners, he put the 3 or 4 applications first and then he puts all the supporting evidence underneath all together, what I did is that I put every application with it’s supporting documents in a separate envelope and then put the 3 envelopes (i-765, I-485, i-130)in a bigger one along with the photos and the check and form G-1145 .
so I-944and I-864 are parts of I-485 so I put them together
don’t forget to put a cover letter that lists the documents included.
        good luck

2 passport photos for me and 2 for my spouse.
I strongly recommend paying the fees using a money order or a cashier's check, if you can afford it (should be like 5-10 dollar sat your bank). This is guaranteed to work, and I read many horror stories of credit card and personal check payments getting denied for stupid reasons (card company thinks it's fraud etc). I have seen many people saying that you have to split the payments/write multiple checks, but this is not true. I sent one single cashier's check addressed to the department of homeland security and all fee payments were accepted.

Pls check photo requirements in form instructions.
for my parents AOS I ended up submitting 8 for each beneficiary and 4 for me (petitioner). I think it’s a bit more than required, but that’s what I saw recommended here so went ahead with that.
USC filed AOS for parents on B2. I am not a lawyer.

In addition to look at how people assemble them on YouTube, USCIS, on its website, under the I-485 checklist, shows you the basis of arranging your file. Basically, I watch tones of videos on YouTube and read online comments and blogs to put the files together. If you can find this blog, you are probably savy enough to get them done. Tones of checklist and cover letters are online. The cover letter will help see what need to be included.
