i have an update:

I contacted the ombudsman in regards the delay on 10/29 . Today , i found out that they enquired with uscis and sent an email that an appointment was scheduled for Nov 30th. They even mailed me a copy of the appointment.

I would recommend you to try your luck with ombudsman as well.

I went to the appointment yesterday and gave the fingerprints and they updated the fingerprints on my case I485,I765,I131 yesterday.

How about you? did you get the biometrics letter?

Finally got my biometrics done on Feb 19 and today it says ready to schedule interview.

Question: will they give me EAD or they will schedule interview straight away?
