    EAD & AP approved and received almost 3 months ago
    today I get an update says below
    I am scared , is this RFE or intend to deny ? if you experienced this before , please help me by comments below . Thank you

    On August 27, 2020, we began reviewing your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC **** **** **. We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials.     It could be a NOID, but no way to tell until it arrives.
    Canadian on F-1 married to USC (SSM)
    Field office: Manhattan/NYC

    09/21/2019: Delivered to Chicago
    09/25/2019: Fees charged
    09/30/2019: Case received
    10/04/2019: Biometrics appt received
    10/15/2019: Fingerprints taken
    10/16/2019: Fingerprint review complete
    11/14/2019: Ready to be scheduled

      Currently on F1 OPT - Married to USC - Concurrent filing.

      7-Jul-2020 AOS Application mailed to USCIS
      9-Jul-2020 AOS Application Delivered to USCIS Mail Room (Priority Date)
      27-Jul-2020 Four I-797 SMS & Email Recieved at 11:20PM
      4-Aug-2020 Four Mails Received in My & Attorney Mailbox
      11-Aug-2020 I-693 Medical Deficiency Notice dated 6th Aug 2020
      22-Aug-2020 Put in a request for missing biometircs notice w/ USCIS

        It sounds like a NOID to me. While you are waiting for it to arrive, I would contact an immigration attorney.

          11/22/19 Package sent I 485, [Chicago LockBox). I 130 already filed August 1st( August 8th Priority date)
          11/29/19 Card ran by USCIS for $1225
          12/13/19 Notice for Biomterics appt.
          12/23/19 Biometrics
          1/31/2020 Yellow RFIE in mail(missing Birth certificate)
          2/5/2020 RFIE received at USCIS
          2/14/20 Received I 693 courtesy letter
          2/14/20 ready to be scheduled intervw
          08/31/20 EAD /SSC
          09/03/21 Notice for biometrics appointment I 130 USC
          10/04/21 Case actively being reviewed

            This is my timeline
            i130 approved back in 2015
            nbc
            atltant ,ga
            01/10/2020 case was received(i131,i485,i765)
            01/14/2020. Fingerprint fee was recevied
            02/02/2020 biometric done
            05/12/2020 case is ready for interview
            06/09/2020 i-131 and i-765 both approved
            08/27/2020 notice explaining uscis action

              Yes, I send everything that they required . Such as my husband 's employment , tax receipt in the past 3 years , property ownership certificate with both our name on it ; marriage certificate ... Of course , all the basic form and i-693.

                        Just because they granted you an EAD and AP, doesn't prevent them from issuing a NOID as both would immediately be canceled once your case is denied. The issuance of a EAD/AP indicates you were eligible to receive those specific at this point in time, and have no bearing on the I-485 case. I believe if it was an RFE, the status update would be something like "Request for Evidence Sent." Also, once you are issued an RFE, no further action is taken on your case until they receive the evidence, whereas your status indicates they intend but are yet, to take action on your case. I could, of course, be wrong but you just need to wait and see what USCIS want.
