Hi everyone. I've successfully reached out to the congresswomen to help with this case. I'm currently F1 Student, graduating in May 2021. What happen is that I'm starting to apply for new grad roles and jobs already. Some tech companies do recruitment very early, which means they send out the offer very early (usually January-Feb). And without the approval of EAD, i will not able to accept this job, therefore; will face finance loss after graduation. What kind of documents should i submit together with the expedite request? If you successfully expedite due to financial loss, what document did you provide? For example, i know i can show bank statement, and hospital bills. How do I make my case stronger that if I don't have the work authorization soon, I will not able to accept a new grad job and there fore will face extreme financial loss? Thank you
