Question: If I move to different state will it impact the timeline?

It honestly depends where you are transferring from and too. If you're transferring to a field office that is processing faster, it will almost certainly reduce your wait. If, on the other hand, you are transferring to somewhere with a longer wait, your case will take longer- which might not be a bad thing in the long run
