Hello. My spouse has a eb2 priority date in 2014. Recently i got eb1 approved. As we both are from India our priority dates are not current . As my spouse has an eb2 date from 2014, can we use that date for our eb1 i485 and apply for AOS? Is interfiling possible in this case?

From what I read, the cases are separate and you can't do interfiling in this case. The only way would be that your spouse gets a new eb1 approval. Good luck.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
