Going to file a second I-140 (EB2 NIW) soon.
Question: The first I-140 has premium processing and will be adjudicated within about 15 days of the RFE response. In anticipating the possibility that this I-140 may be denied, what is the best way to ensure that the I-485 application would then be transferred to the second I-140 rather than being automatically rejected?
