    Hi All,
I submitted my 485, 765 and 130 in September, for my marriage based greencard. I am currently on an L1A. I received receipt on September 17th. Below is the timeline of my 485. I still have NOT received an interview notice, and have NOT received my EAD (which is my most pressing concern).

Has this happened to anyone? Its been 9 months since receipt, and 3 months since my biometrics. Does the EAD only get issued after the biometrics?

It took us 48 days for the interview to get scheduled from the time we received the notification that the interview was ready to be scheduled, then another 32 days for the interview date from the day we received the notice that the interview was scheduled, so you get about a month to prepare.

My husband and I filed shortly after we were married in September 2020. My husband went to do his biometrics on February 17th. Since february 17th, the uscis has not updated anything under his case number other than on February 17th, finger prints were taken. Our lawyer said the system is backlogged and should be updated within 30 days? Is anyone else experiencing this or has experienced this?
It seems a lot of people took 3-4 months for them to change from biometrics to the next step.

Congrats! Ours still says it needs review, but we were able to obtain his document over the last week. We will be sending this in with same-day delivery tomorrow morning and then will just wait.
