Thanks for the updates! I have a similar timeline and nothing new since the NOAs. Waiting for biometrics. The anxiety is making me check the mailbox more than once a day

October 17, 2020 - Credit card charged for fees.
October 20, 2020 - Text message for NOA for all 3 forms with separate case numbers.
October 21, 2020 - NOA physical copies received in mail for all 3 cases.

All 3 cases have the same status of "Case was received". Not sure if we should have already received the biometrics letter yet or if we should still be patient. Just feels like it might have been lost in the mail and not sure what steps to take next.
Approximately the same time line. Mines was received September 23rd, 2020 and I still don't have biometrics. My ASC is New York, so I'm not sure how much of a difference that will make.

No update indeed. I checked a few case numbers ahead of me and a few do show EAD is sent... so I hope as soon as August filers will be done we will receive in the next weeks the bio appointment letters. Crossing fingers

It's the update on the USCIS tracking site. My I-765 case also states "Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office" and my I-485 case shows "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview."

Thanks, will rediscuss with attorney the expedite request. Unfortunately the automatic extension only works if it's the same "category. The current EAD of my spouse is based on L1A dependant EAD, while the request we just raised is a different category given it's linked to a pending I485.

Still waiting for the time being, hoping the letter will arrive soon. Really frustrating, I understand covid19 impacted capacity but this is almost willingly getting people out of job...

I already went before i left. I just turned up without an appt and they did it on the spot. I posted about it on pg 18.

They were also only seeing maybe 8 people an hour. I was at the ASC office for over 2hrs and witnessed the groups arriving and waiting at the door. Security would let them in on the hour and 2 reps processed the biometrics. People were in and out in 20 mins each hour and then the staff just hung around waiting for the next group for 30-40 mins each time. So they could easilt be scheduling more people and STILL be keeping reduced numbers. 8 people an hr is really low. This was at the Chicago ASC btw

When we went to our biometrics, the guard told us that they are scheduling at 25% capacity, hence the delay. Also they make you wait outside and let 3-5 people inside at a time.

You need to select the option that you don’t have your receipt number.

I cant believe mail is the only way to reschedule the appt. That seems really silly.

Anyone else had to reschedule their biometrics?
I hope only out of town and not out of the country.
