    I am a nurse (EB3)
    140/485 ND 02/xx/2004
    140 AD 05/xx/2004
    EAD AD 6/xx/2004
    I-485 RFE 7/xx/2004
    RFE replied 8/xx/2004
    FP 11/xx/2004
    LUD, 12/28/2004

    Do you think I have a chance of avoiding retrogression, How long does it take from LUD to approval!
    Can someone please give some feedback on how the process works!
