I140 pending, Visa extension under RFE

I would like to know the options. My current visa extension is under RFE. My i140 is pending approval and i94 has expired in July. If dates become current in Oct visa bulletin, will I be able to file 485 and EAD? What happens if later my extension gets rejected? Pls advise

Since DOF is now current, I would
like to know if USCIS honors date of filling and issue me EAD, but later due to some reasons and me being unlucky, if my visa extension is rejected, will I continue to stay and work on EAD? Will there be problem in later to justify status ? My i94 is expired. Pls advise and help

My L1 Visa extension is rejected and my i485 is in progress with "Interview is completed and my case must be review" status. Can you please suggest what will happen to my GC processing and will it impact? As of now i have shifted to EAD and working.
