In the October visa bulletin, the EB1 date moved to 1st Sep 2020 for AOS filing. Currently in my case (PD=Feb'19), i'd to exit the US due to max-out but considering the new dates , i would like to know what are the options available to me:
- Can one file for AOS from outside the US (i.e. India) ; is the rejection rate high on such cases
- Can one travel to US on tourist visa and apply for AOS
- Are H and L visa holders allowed to come back or is the travel restriction still applicable
