Health insurance questions in i-944

I have an approved I-140 (through my employer) and now need to file i-485. Accompanying form i-944 asks, regarding my health insurance, "what is your total annual deductible or annual premium?" I am not sure how to interpret this question. Premium and deductible are two different things, while they ask for just one dollar amount. Also, what is considered premium for an employer-sponsored insurance? Is that just the amount I am responsible for (i.e. what is deducted from my salary)?

We asked our employer for this, and they provided the exact numbers. In our case it was the premium that we have to pay (excluding employer contribution).
Probably, USCIS doesn't care about exact amounts, they just want to be sure you have health insurance coverage.
