  • Any idea on what I should do.

Hi guys hope everyone is hanging in there. I can't say much for my self as this thing is driving me crazy.
    here is my issue.
On May 2nd 2018 uscis received my case which I concurrently file with everything. In October 31 2018 I had my interview in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania which I was told the interview went well there was just one misunderstanding that they told me they would look into and that because they said that I was married back in my home country, which I was never married. During the interview I ask them if there is anything I can do to prove to them I was never married he said no they have their sources. I year goes by nothing. I reach out for some help from congressman then uscis send my wife a notice of intent to deny her petition if we do not respond to the matter prooving I was never married.

we responded to them in December 2019 with a certificate of non-impediment which from then we've not heard from them until this day. I keep trying to reached out them they keep telling me that my case is in active review since before the pandemic. Now the Pittsburgh office is way past my timeliness because the last time I check Pittsburgh is now processing application for August 2018 and mine was May 2018.

Any suggestions on what I should do because even at this moment I am here waiting on the receipt number for the renewal of my 765 which I submitted about 5 weeks now to the chicago lockbox and still nothing.

Do you have a lawyer? A competent lawyer will give you the best advice...Did you misrepresent yourself at any point?

I think you need a good lawyer, maybe someone who is registered in both your home country and in US so that he can understand your case and approach it accordingly. This is very specific issue.
