Class Action Lawsuit against USCIS - No Biometrics. No EAD.

Guys I’m planning to file a class action lawsuit against USCIS for not giving biometrics within the standard stipulated timeline. My PD is 9th July and I haven’t received my biometrics and I’m not able to expedite my EAD pending a job offer and serious medical need.

Since I’m sure there are so many of us, I was wondering how many of you would be interested in filing a lawsuit. Just so you know, it has worked earlier.

Did you end up getting the get the biometrics letter? It's been close to 7 months for me.

I filed in March 2020, didn't get Biometric until November 2020 And the reason why I got it was after contacting both Congresswomen and the Ombudsman.
