I-130 and I-485 concurrent or not

I want to sponsor my 80 years old mother for a green card. I am a US citizen.

Form I-485- Adjustment of status. Can this be filed concurrently with I-130 or do I need to wait for filing it?

Yes they can be filed concurrently. Note that I-485 is only for people who are already in the US.
