I initially applied for asylum but my lawyer delay to file my papers until after i file for i485 adjustment of status under the LRIF program , she later filed my asylum papers so i had 2 documents at the same time, notice came for me from the asylum authorizing me to stay until my cause can be processed and they will communicate my court appointment date. i just received a denied notice for my i485 asking me to leave in 33 days please advise.
