3/19/2021: Fingerprints applied (reused) to my I-485 and I-765 from biometrics given on 3/4/21 from my H4 application.
3/26/2021: Expedite request for EAD approved
3/31/2021: EAD/AP approval status online, but card not received
4/06/2021: Biometrics appointment for my spouse

And also how you made the expedite request? As in what were the contents of your request?

I requested on 3/23/2021, and only for myself as biometrics were still pending for my spouse.

My request was on grounds of "Compelling U.S. Government interest" as I am physician and care for COVID-19 patients. I was not asked to submit any documentation.

But, you can also do based on job loss or financial hardship, I read on other forums that some folks got it expedited successfully.

I have a question regarding the processing time of visa application. What is the reason for the slow down of Family based apps compared to 2019? My F2B case has been waiting for over a year to be called up. It moves 1 week each fiscal month, and it's frustrating.

As a Nov 2020 filer, whose checks were en-cashed 3 months later in Feb 2021 & nothing since, you are moving quite well.

Hi all.

We have submitted our I485 package for EB-1(3) January 15th, and have now received our application numbers and schedule for biometrics on May 17th.

It is an employment based transfer. Do any of you know if the interviews are being ditched still, or are these still happening for employment based applications; I read different things reg. the interviews during covid. Also do any of you know the timeline from biometrics until interview (or at the best) until the green cards are being processed?

Any news on biometrics? It's been almost three months since they accepted the checks and still nothing. They even sent me a RFIE, which I already responded to.
