Traveling with passport that has maiden name

Hello, Can someone with experience help me with my questions?
1. I currently have passport with maiden last name, but green card with married last name. Is it sufficient to travel to out of USA with my passport, green card and marriage certificate? Or do I need other supporting documents?

2. Given the above situation, should I book the flight using my passport name (maiden last name)?

When you book, use the name in your passport. And yes, you’ll be fine with green card, passport and marriage certificate.

We were in the this same EXACT situation with my wife. Please. please book your plane ticket to match the passport. It's a headache if you don't. Just bring your marriage certificate and green card along with you to make sure. Otherwise, you should be fine to travel. Also - if you are traveling out of the country and required a PCR test for COVID, make sure the test result ALSO matches the passport.
