I am about to send in my I485 FORM today.I am applying concurrently with i130 and 1765. My question is on Part 3 B where it ask to list my spouse. It also ask if my spouse is applying with me. should I check yes since he is the one applying for my I130 Petition for Alien Relative (He is a U.S citizen).
