Public Charge (I-944) Temporary? setback on injunction in 20 states by Ninth Circuit
Was hoping the Ninth Circuit court decision in December 2020 to toss out the new public charge rule (I-944) would stick (even during appeals). Alas not the case - so we have to continue waiting. Hopefully a final burial of the rule coming soon.
