Need help with I-485. Thanks

1) If my AOS (I-485) is pending, what is my 'current USCIS status' and 'when does it expire'? (My H1B is no longer valid; I have a valid EAD).

2) Do I still have a non-immigrant visa number?

I-485 is not a valid status, unfortunately. I would be very careful to occur any unlawful status. You may want to consult an attorney who offer free consultation.
