Hi guys so I applied for 131,765,130 and 485 in may 29 2020 is my PD. I got my biometric on 2-4-21 and now I was wondering since my 131 is outside processing time I put in request but I got a email from tier 2 agent saying that I will get the card together so does that mean I have to wait until 765 is approved to get my 131?

That's correct, when they approve I765 it will be an EAD/AP card.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
