My application was rejected die to incorrect filing fee. Please can someone help me with the correct filing fee. I sent form I485, I130, I765, and a total money order of $2170. Someone mentioned i should have separated the fees. Pleaee adviceComment

its 1225 only for I 485 and biometrics, and 535 for your I 30. Its suggested to make two checks/money order vs. 1. One for 1225 and one for 535Comment

Biometric Update!
I just checked the status of my pending AOS on myUSCIS account and found an update indicating that fingerprints have been applied to both forms I 485 and I-765 on April 19th. It looks like they applied biometrics taken back in 2017 to my AOS application. I have not received anything letters or notification that this step was done ( I was expecting a text with an update - I am sure I will get something in the mail shortly). Uncertain how long till I get the EAD - will update as I get more info.Timeline

were your checks cashed? I dont think you are in the system unless they received the payment and cashed the checks so aking emma might not work if checks not cashed.Comment

See the filing fee link on USCIS site before making the check. The filing fee for 485 for anybody aged between 14 and 78, it should be $1225, including biometrics. 130 fees is $535 as per calculator. There is no filing fee for 765 and 131. So total should be $1,760.Originally posted by Energetic View Post
