Yours is much faster. I just had my biometrics done yesterday and your case has been ready for interview since Mid June. Hope mine can speed up, but who knows...... Endless waiting.

We filed for I130, and that's still being actively reviewed. We also applied for I485 but that keeps getting returned saying the fee is incorrect. We've sent the amount of $1225 which is what the filing fee states on the website. Anyone else having issues with them saying it's the incorrect filing me? I"m at a loss!

In your case, I would strongly recommend you call them to find out what's gong on.

Did you confirm the age requirements? You should try the fee calculator to make sure you are sending the exact amount.

Hi there, if filing this I-130 online and submitting I-1485 considered concurrent filing? Please advise as I think I should have done that too. I filed both I130/I1485 together as paper form. Thx

Concurrent filing just means your I130 is either filed earlier and still pending decision or is filed along with your I485. It doesn't matter whether you file it online or in mail. The only advantage with online filing is that it is directly entered into the system as all the validations are already completed at the time of online filing whereas when you file through mail, there is time delay associated with receiving the application, validating it and then adding it in to the system. In the current scenario this might easily take a week or two depending on the number of applications received. So don't worry.
