i485 "initial interview" letter sent a second time after first interview

i485 "initial interview" letter sent another time, one year after the first "initial interview"

Quite speechless as I was expecting either a greencard or a request for a follow up interview. Wife and I, have a kid, properties and solid income (Thank God).I don't know what to expect. I'm definitely bringing a lawyer or a few this time around.

Anybody else have this experience and what I should expect?
