Hi, I am a naturalized US citizen. My own case took forever and eventually needed congressional intervention on behalf of my US citizen wife. I want to apply for my mother, who came here a few weeks ago on her tourist visa after my father passed away and now I want her to live with us. Can I file this on my own, or is it definitely in our best interest to hire an attorney? Thanks
