  • EB1-C: 2 years or 10 years GC? Conditional?

Hi everyone, I am wondering if EB1-C approved GC come always as a 10 year Card and with no conditions, or 2 years with no conditions, or if some of you recently received one with a condition...as I am considering changing employer, right after I receive my green card. Thanks!

I think only people getting GC by marriage to US Citizen get a 2 year conditional GC, all employment-based categories get 10 year GC.

Note: I don't know about marriage to GC holder but because there are limits on those (current for now) they may get a 10 year GC too.

You would be a non-conditional permanent resident with a 10-year card. Even your spouse would be a non-conditional permanent resident with a 10-year card, even if you married right before getting the green card.
