I-485 Filed in 2011, Priority Date Current

I submitted my I-485 and my wife's I-485 back in 2011 when EB2 India became current and then retrogressed. We received our EAD (Advance Parole) and ever since have been renewing it every 2 years. My PD which is April 15 2010 is once again "Current" as seen in the "April Visa Bulletin". What should I expect now? We did our biometrics, medical exam everything in 2011.

I have not received an RFE (Due to Medical Exam) yet. Please help me understand what will transpire from here on out.

You should receive an RFE for your medicals, either to send them or bring them to your interview.

Edit: it can take a few weeks or a few months for them to send you the RFE.
